Functional, easy-to-use, and classic in style.
I like this watch band!I own a Wenger 7471X/T and the original band had worn out. This 19mm band was easy to install given the quick release feature. Removing the original band was not difficult, so if fear of attempting to remove a standard watch band has held you back on pickup up a replacement, I hope this helps alleviate that fear. The quick release feature ultimately inspired me to look into more bands so that I can change them daily as I choose.Compared to the original band, this band is a little flatter, which I prefer. I find the band equally comfortable, and it feels substantial enough that I'm not worried about it detaching or breaking during use.For reference, I have worn this watch band daily for the past three weeks. Primarily, I wear this to the office, but I've also worn this on long walks in excess of 90 degrees.

NOT Top grain leather, but still a decent strap.
I purchased the brown/silver colorway for $20 in October 2023. It arrives in a basic ziploc bag with just the strap and no tools. While these straps can be installed without tools using the quick release spring bars, I still think it would have been nice if Ritche included a spring bar tool, since you might need one to take your original straps off.My biggest problem with this strap is that it is NOT top grain leather as advertised in the description of the item. If you look at my pictures you can see that it is clearly stamped with "genuine leather" on the back of the strap. Their product photos don't show the genuine leather label either. I've removed one star for false advertising which is never appreciated. For those unfamiliar, "genuine leather" is the lowest quality of leather on the market, with "top grain" sitting one grade higher and "full grain" being the highest quality. I would not have purchased this strap if I had known it was only genuine, seeing as the equivalent Barton only costs $8 more.Still, I'm going to rate the product 4 stars because it seems decently well built and feels like it would last about as long as you'd expect a $20 leather strap to last. The hardware is made of all stainless steel and seem sturdy enough. The buckle is unsigned which I appreciate as well. And installation is a breeze with the quick release spring bars.Out of the box, it is a very light colored strap which is what I wanted. The color deepened a bit after I applied some conditioner, but still appears quite anemic as you can see compared to the Barton which is almost the exact same strap. Still, I don't mind it and I think the gingerbread look will go well with some watch dials. It wears comfortably on the wrist.Honestly I would recommend that you spend a few dollars more and go for the Barton. Between the deeper, richer color and the higher quality materials I think it would be worth it. However if all you have is $20 to spend then the Ritche should serve you well too.

Decent Leather 20MM Band
I purchased this watch band to use on my Galaxy 6 Classic for our sons wedding. The band is a nice quality leather. It was a little stiff initially, but seemed to loosen up after wearing it a couple of times. It is very easy to swap out with other bands due to the quick release. The band was a little more amber (lighter) than I thought it would be, but all in all it is a decent leather band for your 20MM watch. I would recommend this product.

Fine product marred by ineffective binding pins
This is a well crafted, well styled watch band, superior to the original on my Timex Explorer watch. The seems to be holding up well, and is actually more comfortable than the original. The problem arises with the binding posts. Although the design is innovative, with a spring loaded mechanism so that the pins cannot be lost, and installing the band is much easier than with the the standard binding pins that hold the band in place, the pins themselves are a few centimeters too short, Thus the band will not hold in place as designed, and under even a bit of stress, the watch will fall off the wrist. What I've done is to place pieces of Mounting Tape on opposite sides of the flanges on the watch for mounting the band, trimmed as best I was able (2 on one side, 1 on the other), and that seems to be working, without noticalb e defect. Were the manufacturers to add a mere 1 or 2 centimeters to the length of their spring loaded pins, they would have an unqualified 5 Star product, in my opinion.

Leather and not $200
The quality of leather and ease to switch out the band is great. Light weight added to my shinola watch a bit stiff at first but breaks in perfectly. Had mine for 6 months accidentally washed it and got it wet a couple times times. This is a durable and long lasting alternative to the high priced bands. second one I’ve ordered and the ones for my Shinola are $200 from them. They look the same!! Oh don’t get it wet lol!

Uncomfortable At First
When I first received this watch band I was impressed with how it looked and felt in hand. After putting it on my Galaxy 5 Pro watch I disliked it a lot. It's very firm and there was very little give in the flexibility. Searching the internet I saw many things saying to give it time and the leather will loosen up. That was reassuring. The best tip though was to take the band and twist it some and bend it around, don't fold it, and it will help relax the leather. After two days the band feels nice and my watch sits very comfortably on my wrist.
