Q: Are these probiotics refrigerated at all times while they are being stored?

When you buy them at the health food store they are refrigerated so I have always kept them in the frig. They aren't refrigerated during shipment however. I'm also not sure if the box says they need to be refrigerated so I guess I'm not too helpful. Sorry

Yes we keep under refrigeration but do not ship with any refrigerated container. For the short time during shipping refrigeration is not required as per Renew Life.House of Nutrition
