Llevo usando esta faja por unas semanas y he notado una gran diferencia en el dolor de espalda baja. Trabajo muchas horas sentado y a veces también levanto peso, así que necesitaba algo que me ayudara a mantener una buena postura. Esta faja cumple con su función: es ajustable, cómoda y no se nota demasiado debajo de la ropa.El material es transpirable y no me hace sudar tanto como otras que he probado. El único detalle es que después de varias horas puede sentirse un poco rígida, pero nada grave.La recomiendo si buscas alivio lumbar o simplemente quieres proteger tu espalda en el trabajo o al hacer ejercicio. Eso sí, úsala con moderación y complementa con estiramientos.

This belly and back support has been a game changer for me! I can adjust the tightness easily, and it really helps with posture especially after my accident. It’s been great for supporting my back and reminding me not to slouch. In don’t stay in this unless actively doing cardio. I wear it daily, even under clothes. While the Velcro in the front might show a bit under tighter outfits, it’s easy to wipe clean and totally worth it for the comfort and support. I love it!

What a grip! I am 5’5 and 148 pounds. I decided to purchase a small because even tho I gained around 30 pounds after pregnancy, I still feel like I could fit into my regular size lol! My delulu self was very surprised when the waist trainer actually fit. It took very little effort to pull together but it is very snug, covering from my upper belly to just above my panty line.To add to the snug fit, it also forces you to sit up straight, helping with your posture as well. If you’re looking for a more relaxed fit, you can definitely go up a size based on my measurements. If you’re looking to apply pressure, be delulu and take the small like me.The trainer is also very well made. It looks and feels very durable. I would recommend this purchase.

I would give this a 4/5, it's a good quality, nice and thick material so it stays in place pretty well, doesnt roll down. But, I would size up, I'm 5'9, 180lbs and wear a size M shirt, I got a M and it just fits around my hips, so I definitely can't gain any weight with it or it will not be fitting lol. So my only issue with the item is due to the comfortability of it, I wouldn't say that it is the most comfortable waist trainer. I'll give it time wearing and come back and change my review if things change...but I will say, I wish it was cheaper...

OMG THIS FAJA IS AMAZING!!! It has back support that feels great for posture, it doesn’t roll up at all or roll back down, the Velcro is so strong so you can tighten it to your desire and it holds everything so good!!! I love this faja!!! I bought the XL size with a 41inch stomach/waist and it fits PERFECTLY not too big and not too small. 10/10 would recommend.

With so many choices it was hard to pick one and I made a GREAT choice. Love it!!! I’ve been in it 24 hours and do t want to take it off! I wore it to work under a dress that hid it!For reference, I fit in size 26/27 jeans and currently have a natural waist size of 29/30”. Hips are 40”. Bust 36”. About 130 lbs. small is perfect!If you’re reading this, just get it!!! You won’t be disappointed.

The quality is 10/10 the material 10/10 but way too uncomfortable!! I am 5'0 130Lbs got a size small it looks great but i found it to be too thick i do not know what i was expecting! I suffer from pain in my lower back and this added no back support. i work standing for 8Hs and do heavy lifting and constantly bending down and i find it impossible to work or even work out with this. Moving around in this was uncomfortable also. It did have a smell but not that bad!
