Very nice torch for small work. No leaks, build quality is very good. Price is very good for what you get.I purchased this for working on mechanical items in the shop and garage. Quick and handy if I need some heat for a backyard project. I have a MIG torch, TIG welder, acetylene “B” tank, and oxy-acetylene torch. Not always easier to set them up. This unit is for quick heat where I need it, such as heating small bolts, melting poly cord, etc. easier than hooking up the oxy for quick jobs. Good for soldering and sweating small copper tubing.I’m impressed, and may buy another.

I've been using this torch for about 6 months and it has been great. While there are some minor flaws, their customer service made up for it. I had a small issue with the torch and their customer service helped me solve my problem to keep the torch going. Very pleased with anybody who stands behind their product.The only issue I have is it spews butane sometimes when filling, but honestly, every butane lighter I've used does that. Once it starts spewing butane out, that means its full. So really not much of an issue if you fill it outside and be careful

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this product because it had a lot of good reviews, and it is suitable for the job that I would use it for. However, during the refueling process, you end up wasting some fuel/butane. I'm not sure if it's the tip or the tubes from the lighter or the butane can. There has to be a better way to transfer butane into the lighter without wasting butane. Value for money:It is reasonably pricedUse:Soldering, electronics componentsIgnition ability:It ignites fast.

I've had this lighter for 2.5 years now. I use it everyday. It's a horse. Well made, and worth every penny I paid for it. My other torch lighter ( different brand ) just broke. I always like to have 2 around. So I'm ordering another one of these.

Really cool product. Easy to fill, and works very well in the wind. I’m going to order a couple of extras to stash in my tool box and camp trailer. It’ll be awesome for lighting fireworks on the 4th.

Easy to use and works great! We’ve only had it for a week and we use it primarily to start wood chips in a tube for our smoker. It doesn’t come prefilled so remember to buy butane as well.

Love these, but hate filling them. They work great and I really like the trigger on it. I have another brand that has a button on the back and it is a lot more cumbersome to use than this one. Plenty of heat for whatever job you need it for, turn it wide open and there is a monster flame. I use it mostly turned all the way down, it still has enough heat that I have to be careful if I'm working on wiring.The overall design is good, just one real problem.Filling them sucks. You waste 2/3 of the butane container because the fill pin is too small for most butane container nozzles. I have the same issue with the other brand of torch. I use Ronsonol and Weller brands, so they aren't some strange knockoff butane system.
