When we received the gel blaster for our 11 year old he was so excited! The blaster looks very cool and came with everything it said it would. We followed all the instructions but couldn't get the gel balls to shoot. My husband found that the drum and magazine both had an issue with the same broken part...the part that actually puts the gel ball into the chamber wasn't working for either the manual or automatic option. The rest of it works fine and the boys love the scope and laser. I contacting customer service and got a response almost immediately I answered a couple questions and they were very helpful. They're sending us a full replacement gun and no additional charge and they have been super nice about it even expediting the shipment. I understand that things go wrong with products sometimes and their customer service is awesome! That is why I gave them a five star! You don't get that a whole lot anymore.

So much fun for kids and adults

There were terrible instructions to put this together, when I finally got it put together I had to turn the gun upside down to shoot. I tried warmer water to make the orbeez bigger and they still don’t shoot. The laser pointer ran out of battery very quickly. Not worth the money. Really wish this had worked better.

Fun durable very nice

The media could not be loaded. ******* If you see reviews mentioning one mode, or not firing it’s because they don’t know how to use the gun. It’s unfairly bringing the ratings down. When it’s on semi-auto, you have to pull the lever at the top every time you fire. And for both modes, before you put the magazine in, you have to keep pushing down that triangle shaped button until the orbeez pop up out of the magazine*********This gun is great! It’s much better than the ones my friends got and it’s more powerful. The range is misleading, as it’s 70ft when it’s on spring mode and only 50-60ft on auto. The scope is really cool and I love how the stock is adjustable. The only problem I had is that the laser broke as soon as I put it on the gun, but I’m not that disappointed as I wasn’t expecting much. A great purchase.

The magazine barely works it only shoots like 3 times and jams if u want this you should get a magazine and not use the one that come with it

My 12 year old son loved the gel blaster. A part was broken we were past the 30 days and could not return to Amazon. We sent an email to the product company and they were quick and efficient to reply back and replaced the gel blaster. The customer service from the company was excellent I will definitely by more products from the company. The customer service I received via email was 5 star.

Product came very fast and was excellent quality! I was surprised at the quality and battery life! Was super easy to use and fun for my teenager, but younger kids could definately use this product. Worth every penny, which I found to be very reaaonably priced. 10 out of 10! Will definately purchase again!
