It takes time and skill to assemble but worth the work. The product is solid , lovely and comfortable.

I was completely skeptical of the quality or size of the chairs & table when the box arrived. That is until I tried to lift the box. It was HEAVY! Assembly was relatively easy. Nothing too difficult, just a while. Very impressed with the quality & comfort of the chairs! They are probably the most comfortable patio chairs we have ever had. The glider action & the swivel are terrific! The only possible downside to these chairs could be the seat depth. They are quite deep, so if you are short, this could be a bit uncomfortable. However, nothing a pillow behind your back wouldn't fix. We love them. Don't hesitate to order this set, it's a winner!!!

Our sons (experienced in assembly) put them together. this is what they said: The threads of the seat going into the back of the chair are not at all aligned. The threads in the back of the chair are pointed up by about 15 degrees. We had to connect those first, and them loosen them so we could torque the seat down to properly align with the 4 screws on the front of the seat. We didn't realize this until the second chair and actually snapped a bolt in the first chair trying to go per instruction .Super challenging to get alll bolts in.The chairs do look good, they definitely need a pillow in the back, (and we are tall!) they also don't rock, but glide!!

When my chairs arrived I’ll admit I was a bit intimidated. The box was big and heavy! I unpacked it piece by piece to where I assembled it BY MYSELF in just a couple hours. Follow the directions and it was EASY!! I love them!! I swapped out the cushions for a more colorful cushion, but the original ones that come with the set are beautiful, too. I gifted those to a neighbor. Very comfortable, easy to assemble and perfect for my backyard space!

After much shopping and reading reviews, we chose this set of chairs for our porch. Love the color of the wicker & cushions. Swivel action & swaying motion make these ideal for the location we have them. The seats are deep, so we have put pillows to use sometimes if we want back support. Perfect overall size. Seem to be well made. Only issue we had was the front piece under the cushion has some broken wicker strands (only on one chair). It didn't really hurt anything but to be sure my hubby just put a few zip ties on it to keep the wicker strand in place. Don't even see it. (see photo) Took some time to put together, lots of pieces & bolts, but my hubby is very handy, so he was able to do it without any help & had no issues. We've only used them for two nights, but we are very happy with them & think they will provide us much comfort as we sit on our porch.

This company sent my chairs with zero hardware to put them together. It's been two weeks and still NO COMMITMENT from EROMMY that they will send hardware. They are delaying so my full refund date expires.They don't deserve to sell anything on Amazon or America.They are a sham company with every excuse not to help fully resolve the issue. They said the factory doesn't have any hardware in stock. So knowing there's no hardware and continuing to send product is FRAUDULENT and NEGLIGENT, and for AMAZON TO ALLOW CONTINUED SALES IS NEGLIGENT.AMAZON'S resolution center and seller reporting is silent and NEGLIGENTEROMMY and AMAZON gets a negative -5 review from me and both are responsible for allowing the FRAUD to continue.A class action suit is in their futures.Update: it took Emory 25 days to send the missing hardware. It took 25 days everyday of email complaints with 1 email response daily from Erommy. So if you want to spend hours upon hours of stressful communication to a none English speaking support system then your a high risk taker and may or may not resolve your issue. If you have a special occasion for your order to arrive on time, then your at high risk of product delay. It's not worth your time.

They are very nice, better than I expected! Comfortable cushions hope they last a while.

Package arrived but after opening boxes there was no instructions on how to assemble the chairs. Made assembly long and challenging. Seems well built though.
