Good workout
The Merach R-02 rowing machine arrived very well packaged and protected and secure and was very easy to assemble and only had one tiny error in having an incorrect style of washer in the connector kit - a very minor issue. All comments we had read about how quiet the unit is while in use are true, when my Wife is using it I can’t even hear it in the next room and when I use it and am quite a bit heavier the sound is still smooth and quiet. I am 5’10 and the length of the rails are perfect with several inches to spare, but not sure if a person 6’4” would be a good fit. As far as weight they say 350 lbs is tops and I’m 230 lbs and it’s solid enough to easily handle my weight and power. If you are stronger I would probably consider the version that has water and magnetic resistance combined. We only have the magnetic resistance which is on the light side for me resistance wise but perfect for my Wife who is 100lbs lighter ! We currently have about 12,000 cycles / pulls on this unit and it seems as though we will get over 100,000 before possibly having to replace the rail seat wheels ( just a feeling, nothing scientific with that comment ). I had a hip replacement recently and found this was a perfect workout prior to and physical therapy after the surgery and really helped with range of motion and getting a light aerobic workout. The intensity is up to you, dial up resistance level and control your speed as you desire and you can also decide how deep of a rowing load sliding motion / extension you want. We’ve had this for about three months. All in all the quality, design and usefulness is of greater value than the cost which was way less than most other options. Have recommended to many friends and Family !

Fantastic. Can’t beat the price.
Does this have a fancy screen, an app, and a crazy set of displays and options? NO! But it’s a great workout. I got it for $200 during last years PrimeDay if memory serves me correctly. It was quite easy to put together and it works great. It’s a smooth glide, you can change resistance, and it has an old school battery operated basic screen to show speed and stuff like that. Is it a Peloton row? No, but it’s about 3300 cheaper and gives the same workout. Only criticism, not worth losing a star over, is strapping in your feet. The little Velcro strap and pedal design isn’t the most efficient. And if you have a gut like me, that initial strapping in is your first workout. But once I’m in I’m good to go! I use peloton app which gave me some good tips and form and posture. I’ve gotten almost a year out of it so far and it still works great. I can throw it away and get a new one every year for 17 years and it’ll be cheaper than one high end model. Save your $ on others and get this. Especially if you’ve never used a row machine and you’re unsure if you’ll like it.

Great price & performance
This an excellent rower at an affordable price. It’s quiet and easy to move and prop up to save more space when needed. It’s stable, smooth-rowing and easy solo assembly if you use the guided video along with the instructions.Downside is the lack of clear instructions to pair the rower with the app and assorted functions. It also wasn’t crystal clear how to integrate it with several other exercise apps I use. Case in point, allegedly you can track resistance and adjust it from an app function but I have yet to glean how.

Smooth, Quiet, and Great for Home Workouts
The MERACH rowing machine has exceeded my expectations! It was easy to assemble, and the build quality feels solid and stable. The magnetic resistance is smooth and nearly silent, which makes it perfect for home use — I can row early in the morning without waking anyone up.It offers a good range of resistance levels, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, you can get a solid workout. The sliding motion is fluid, and the seat is comfortable even during longer sessions. The built-in digital monitor tracks time, distance, strokes, and calories, which helps keep me motivated. I also really like the MERACH app integration, adding variety and structure to my workouts. If you’re looking for a compact, quiet, and effective rower for cardio and full-body training at home, this one is a fantastic choice — and at a great price point too.Highly recommended!

EXCELLENT MACHINE
For starters I don’t write reviews but this one deserves it. I’m 6’6 and now 305 from 325 4 weeks ago. There’s a bunch of rowers on the market so I was skeptical buying any of them. I settled on this one and glad I did. From a super easy setup to quietness of the magnetic machinery to how well it handles my weight. It’s different modes allow me to keep track of different workouts I want to accomplish. So should you try it out? I think so. My name is Chris thanks for reading my review 😁
