Good for a costume.
Good quality but returned after the rest of the outfit was such poor quality. The spats themselves were great for the price. Be aware that they don't button up though, they fasten with velcro.

Bit massive...
Great item, however make sure your trousers are at ankle length and not over, otherwise you won't see these at all. I had to use sticky spots to secure to the sides of my shoes to stop them rotating around and around my foot all evening. But they did the trick and they are cheap and cheerful. Worth a spend!

Quality not great, one missing velcro fastener
Bought for a one night fancy dress and for £5 you obviously won't get top quality. They are thin plastic and don't have the stirrups but achieve the basic look. However, they are fastened with velcro patches and one spat was missing those so couldn't be fastened. Was a clear defect in manufacture as the other one was fine. I had to buy some sticky velcro patches to secure in the end.
