We bought the magic water elf toy on a whim, and it ended up being a huge hit! The kids had so much fun watching the little creatures grow and “come to life” in the water. It’s like a mix between a science experiment and a toy, which kept them entertained for days—not just the first five minutes.The instructions were simple, and the whole process was mess-free (huge bonus for parents!). Watching the elves expand and change shapes was actually pretty cool, even for me. I got this for my granddaughters birthday. She absolutely LOVES this kit. I have been told she was busy with it most of the day with other family members joining in. She's 8, and can do this by herself with minimal supervision, which is great for a busy family.

I received an opened box that I believe was a return. Contacted the seller and they replaced it with a new one! This is an easy and fun project to keep the kiddo busy for hours!

This is a fun toy. It's easy to use and makes cute shapes. I don't know why I expected the shapes to last. They are short lived. They shrivel up and dry. However, they do last a few days, and they're pretty adorable while they last. It's a nice craft that does what it's supposed to.

These are so fun and so easy to make! This is the second kit I’ve ordered and my students love it! Not messy at all and all kids can participate and make their own designs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Overall really nice! Fun little experiment for the kids! Also they really enjoyed creating something and watching how it comes off the mold and hardens in the water solution… only negative is that it need to stay in water after it’s finished hardening and the customer service for the refund was amazing! I needed a refund because my wasn’t working like it was supposed to

Bought this for both my kids for Christmas, and the idea behind it is great, however it only came with 2 packages for the mix, so we used it two times and are out of product now. It kept the kids entertained for about an hour with adult supervision the whole time so two times of using this was a bit of a bummer. I know you can purchase additional product separately but its a bit spendy for those single packages also. Also was bummed there was only 1 set of kids gloves, so it was a bit of an ordeal with both my kids wanting to play and not have their own gloves (thankfully I had some extra gloves on hand). All in all, fun product but just wish it came with some additional items to be worth the price.

Hours of fun! After spending time designing and building their sea creatures, the girls built little mason jar aquariums to house them. They’ve had so much fun! Great product!
