I normally purchase fresh Rosemary stems..they don't last very long and usually and sometimes I forget to use them and they are no longer fresh. This is my first purchase of dried Rosemary and I'm impressed. The amount is generous, they should last awhile..I poured a jar full to have close to my cooking area and still have a lot left over and I don't have to worry about waste..I'll reorder as needed.
