These were just what I needed. They run a bit big so buy according to the listed size chart. I ordered a medium the first time, then I ordered a small. Even the small is a little big but comfortable. They have great stretch. No cutting of circulation or crotch bunching as others have reported. I guess maybe it depends on how you're built. I've lots a boat load of weight and the tush went right along with it. I wear these with everything. The pads don't move around. I don't see them under my clothes. I need an XS but they don't have it. I'm down to about 115 lbs from 208 so I need something a little smaller in the leg, but this totally works and is worth it. If you have the same issue, a regular loaded panty without legs with solve that issue perfectly.

I saw this flat envelope on the porch, I thought, how is my butt flat! It has such a thin pad, that's not going to work, thank god I have my own pads to put in it. Overall I’m happy with the panty. I wear size 12 I ordered 2XL they fit great

I ordered an XL based off the size guide. I’m usually a size14 (~170-175lbs), usually a L with clothes fitting loose not “just right or tight”. I was easily able to put these on over leggings and I already knew that means it’s too big. I tried it on without my leggings and I didn’t feel compression at all. I would try my regular size but I don’t know how this could not be seen under a tight dress (what I planned on using them for) because the seems are thick. The pads are small and wouldn’t cover the entire butt and may make it look unnatural because it may create a weird bump. I don’t plan to try a different size, I’m just returning.I gave it 3 stars as it does look like the item mentioned and it feels good. But since I didn’t have the correct size I gave it a 3 because it might been nicer in a correct size.

The 'pad's sat basically above my buttcheeks, when i sat down they didn't curve with my body and kinda made me look like i had a lumpy back. Also at the point of curvature on both pads it literally had 2 flat circles.
