Taste and acid control
I've purchased this product twice now and use it in my tea and coffee. The sugar doesn't have an aftertaste and I don't suffer from acid reflux at night. Definitely recommend this product.

Solid preventative acid reducer for the coffee drinking GERD sufferer
If you suffer from GERD but must have that cup or two of coffee everyday, then this is a must as a daily preventative. I've now replaced 1-2 packets of Splenda with 1 of these. Granted, it is not sugar free (it contains 1g of sugar) and only a low dose of antacid as compared to what you'd get from a Tums or WonderBelly tablet. So it's not for immediate relief. But since coffee is an agitator of acid reflux, adding this will help reduce some of that acidity.

These are great for Upset Stomach, not fast enough for Acid Reflux
My hubby suffers from acid reflux, so I wanted him to try these versus the prescription drugs he has. These are individual packets of powder antacid that are mixed with sweetener, so they essentially look like packs of sweetener that you used for beverages. And the use is exactly that - mix a pack with your favorite beverage when you feel an upset coming on, and it works like tums. We both tested the flavor of it, and it's not really noticeable in coffee or tea. So not bad.As for efficacy, it definitely works for upset stomachs, which you would expect as it's a powdered antacid. As for acid reflux, he calls it a 'meh' - not quite as effective as his prescription as it's not as quick at controlling the discomfort. So overall, it works great for digestive upsets, but may not be quite as effective as you hope for acid reflux. It just doesn't act as quickly as we'd like. It really should be advertised as antacid for digestive issues more so than for acid reflux.

Great Taste, Great Benefits, Great Product Overall
I recently started using this product as a sweetener in my daily coffee, and it’s been a game changer! I like this product much more than the Coffee Tamer brand, as it is much more effective. Not only does this product add a subtle sweetness, but it also helps alleviate my heartburn. I used to struggle with discomfort after my morning cup of coffee, but since incorporating this, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in its acidity. It’s a perfect solution for coffee lovers who want to enjoy their brew without the burn. Highly recommend!

Fine, but not as appealing as I hoped it would be
As a sweetener, I think this is actually pretty good. The blend of sugar and sucralose works for me better than most other low-calorie sweeteners do. As an antacid though, it's only okay. Not all of the antacid dissolves, even in a large glass of water, so you'll be left with a little chalky powder at the bottom. It doesn't really seem like it's as effective as antacid tablets either, and not just because it's a lower dosage. As a combination... It's passable but not amazing. Like, it works, but after trying it I don't really see the benefit in combining a sweetener and an antacid, and it's not a great value either. I'll just stick with antacid tablets.
