As an under-producer and a mom wanting to provide the best for her baby. I really wanted to try something to help boost my supply. My husband did some research and suggested this item to me. He said that people had raving reviews of Legendary Milk items and this product is for the sensitive group. So, I ordered it.Let me start out by saying that everyone has different reactions to supplements. No same shoe will fit everyone. This sadly has a very opposite effect on me and gave my little one a bad time.I initially started out with one pill a day. I wanted to take it slow. And I’m glad I did. I ended up having really bad gas and diarrhea in the span of 4 days. My little one had increased gas and was in so much pain.So, as disappointed and frustrated I am, this product didn’t work for me. I wished it did.

Definitely helped at least a little in boosting my milk supply. I've only noticed an ounce or 2 difference and I've been taking 2 pills three times a day as directed religiously for a month as well as taking the milkapaloza pills on the same schedule for about 2 weeks, but every little bit helps. They do have a very strong aroma-and a very strong flavor if it takes you too long to swallow them, so if you are sensitive to strong herbal smells I would be aware of that. Also my milk does occasionally smell very faintly of fennel, but it doesn't seem to have any impact on my baby. I have been taking them since she was 3 days old though, so that may play into it a bit. All in all a product that has definitely helped me, but I am taking away two stars because I'm not sure the high price is justified for the benefit that I get.

I got these supplements for my girlfriend after her supply started to drop from taking birth control! before the it dropped she was averaging 3-6oz each pump but after taking birth control it dropped to one 5oz pump and 2oz throughout the day, we needed something to help FAST! these supplements seem to be working great but she did ease into taking them 2 a day and worked up to now 5 just to see if it would cause any other symptoms. It did cause a bit of gas for her and the baby however nothing too crazy like stomach aches or indigestion! overall it’s a good product and worked for us!! this morning her first pump of the day was 10oz which was the most she’s gotten!
