Amazing
This stuff works! I have never used any kind of numbing cream for my tattoos but my last one hurt so bad for some simple lines that I decided my skin might need some support going forward. I put this cream on at 1045am and the needle was in my skin at noon and my session was 1.5 hours. It helped the whole time. Yes you still feel the needle and some areas will still be more sensitive. If you get tattoos often and have that tolerance level then you’ll love this. I felt little to nothing while getting my tattoo.

DIY Compounding for Pressure Sores.
My mother has pressure sores that are very painful. I've been mixing this with petroleum jelly to keep the pain down and to protect her skin. For the year I've been using this on her, the skin has healed but she does sit on that spot a lot so it does come back just never as bad.

Numbing cream for rabbit tattoo applications
I purchased this product to use as a numbing cream to tattoo our rabbits for identification. The previous product I had used is no longer available. This product applies very well and is easy to wipe off. We did initially start to tattoo at that 16 minute mark like our previous product but found that it had not taken the fill effect as desired. We then applied to another rabbit and waited 20 minutes and that is the perfect time. We applied to multiple rabbits and after the 20 minutes, we were able to tattoo with no stress on them at all. I definitely recommend this product.

Used for a tattoo - short term effects but good
So I used numbing cream for the first time for an inner arm tattoo yesterday. My body was feeling particularly sensitive and I figured why not give it a try. For reference, I have 24 tattoos, including on my ribs, calves, chest, back, other inner arm, and hips. So a lot of the more sensitive areas have already been covered. But I figured why not try it since my body was already feeling a little weird, and this was a larger piece. See below for timeline:4:15pm: applied first layer and wrapped in plastic wrap5:15pm: applied second layer and re-wrapped5:45pm: applied third layer and re-wrapped6pm: wiped all off, got to shop and chatted with artist. By this point my arm was extremely numb, couldn’t really feel much of anything6:35pm: started tattoo, felt absolutely nothing for the first 20 minutes6:55pm: started to feel needle but to lesser degree, particularly for how sensitive an area it is7:05pm: finished tattoo. Still felt last bits but again, not nearly as intense as it would’ve been normally8:00pm: started to feel soreness and post-tattoo tingling but not too badAll in all, it took a lot of the heavy sting away, but I didn’t experience the effect as long as others have reported. But still good all in all for the price

Used for tattoo
I want to start this post stating that I have fibromyalgia, and this is the reason numbing is crucial for my tattoo sessions.I saw a lot of reviews where people said not good for tattoos.I disagree. We tried a few others, and really wanted to try the Painless Tattoo brand (cream and spray) but they are a bit out of our price range.I don't have a picture of how I put this on and wrapped it. Here's how we applied: we basically covered the place - going 1 inch away from where the tattoo was going - like icing a cake. We used a little rubbed it in (not until dried) and then layered the top like frosted ice cream. Wrapped in saran wrap for almost 2 hours before we started...and I was seriously impressed, surprised even, by how well this worked! No numbing cream will make a tattoo completely pain free, but this stuff took a MAJOR edge off and made the coloring completely bearable!I have another in the cart. The amount you get for the price you pay is totally worth it.PS: I knew to glob it and wrap it as most tattoo numbing creams have you do that.Definitely recommend and will but again!

Pain relief
Great price for a huge tube. Works well. Used on my toes that get torn up from miles of running. Takes the pain away enough so that I can still run.

Numbing
Did not work as well as I originally thought it would for my restless leg syndrome, however I have found that if i put this on first then go over it with something like Bio freeze it works well. It does numb by its self, my RLS is extreme.

Recommend for tatts!
This was my first time using numbing cream so I have nothing to compare it to, but for me, it worked super well for the first layer of lines but started hurting when the artist had to go over it multiple times. It worked perfectly though paired with numbing spray after the initial lines were made. I definitely recommend it. I lathered it all over my arm after a hot shower and wrapped it up a couple hours before my appointment. Also, just remember it’s different for everyone and to do a test spot at least a day before in case you have a reaction.
