I’ve been buying this oat milk 4 cases at a time for years. From Amazon. And it’s been fabulous, truly the best oat milk out there for getting micro foam on my espresso machine, but also the creamiest nut milk I know. I like it more than Oatly and it performs better for coffee as well.But, earlier this year I got a 4 case batch that was horrible. I knew it instantly, before tasting — just from the smell. Taste confirmed. It was like all of the sudden it went from that expertly luscious liquid I’d drank every day was now being made by some guy with oats and a blender. It was way too oaty, texture was off, balance was wrong. I cracked the other cases and found they all had the same problem.Good news is I wrote the company and told them what I had and they shipped four new cases immediately, no problem. Perfect customer service. They said what I’d received wasn’t right and so they fixed it.But looking at recent reviews here I see the problems continue for others. And if you hadn’t had the product before you wouldn’t know it should be better.I should also note that one carton from my replacements was really off, full of chunky something. It was one carton out of 24 — and the rest were back to normal goodness — but it was disappointing nonetheless.So, I’m hanging back for a bit, buying oatly to tide me over until this clears up. I have confidence Califia will fix it up, but don’t want to have to deal with another bad batch. If you get one, let the company know and they’ll fix it.I’m giving them five stars because they earned that with years of excellence. But if this doesn’t clear up soon I’ll come back and adjust down.

I use this oat milk at my tea shop for lattes it tastes great and works perfectly. Another plus is that it doesn’t need refrigeration until opened, which is super convenient for storage

I replaced the Coffee mate creamer I have used for years with this. This has no gums, no big long named chemicals. I have developed diverticulitis for some weird reason. Maybe it’s all the gums in the coffee mate creamer over the last 20 years? Maybe not. But this creamer is 100x healthier than coffee mate. And I drink 1-3 coffees per day. Sometimes more. I do have to use a little more of this than the coffee mate but it’s worth it. Taste is good. Not overly sweet. And it does froth up with a hand held milk frother. I will be using this from now on. It’s good enough that I am not even going to bother trying anything else.

This is my second case. I highly recommend this oat milk! It makes my morning coffee very creamy and tasty. I tried the other brand, and nothing compares to this brand. The consistency is very creamy!I do wish they make the sugar free version though ….

I wouldn’t say this is the best oat milk I’ve tried, but for convenience and taste, it does the job. It’s easy to grab when I need it, and while the flavor isn’t my favorite, it works well enough in drinks. Not my top choice, but a solid option when I need something quick and reliable.

My whole milk kept spoiling since I really don't like milk. The Califs oat milk tastes decently and you don't have to refrigerate it until it's opened. It serves me quite well.

Favorite oat milk! Even using it for things like cereal is great. It’s definitely the best option for iced lattes this summer.
