Works very well, highly recommended. Took just a few minutes to roll it on to the grip. I am not sure why others recommend hot water/soap - it is not necessary, just roll it on nice and slowly. Very easy.

I wouldn't call it an upgrade, more a sidegrade. The rubber gets slick with sweat, but the grip hump between your fingers makes up for that. Just changes the grip feel more than the ergonomics or handling of it. Mine's already on so I guess its gonna stay.

Took about five minutes to install, looks and feels great! I’ll let you know if there’s any difference after going to the range! It’s all about control!

I ordered two of these since some reviewers said that they can tear during installation. Well, that isn’t a problem if you take your time. While it isn’t necessary to remove the grip, on the Shockwave it’s only one bolt so why not? The inner end of the grip is skinnier.As I have done with other grip sleeves, I find that spraying the grip and the sleeve down with Windex makes the job easier. Some folks recommend baby shampoo or dish soap, but that is harder to clean up.I just sprayed everything down real well and slowly worked the sleeve into place. Once I had the sleeve in place, I ran the grip under the faucet, pulling the sleeve away from the grip to get the rinse water in there. Then I blew it out with compressed air. With no residue in between the sleeve and the grip, it stays put like it’s welded on there.This really makes a difference when firing the Shockwave; it gives one more control. Very happy with it.Oh, and it didn’t tear. :-)

Adds a lot to the control of the firearm. I can get a much better grip on the birds mouth with it.

Easy to install by just starting it on end of grip then rolling it inside out like a sock down the grip until you reach where it needs to be. No soap , no windex , no heat gun ect. Once it is close to where you need it just give it a few firm wiggles and fine tune it. Make sure to start it with the finger ledge on the bottom. It fits like a dream and even has a bit of a ridge bump to give more grip. It was a bit hard to get on for me but it was great once I did. It really makes the shockwave more useable!
