Very good price for the amount of capsules,they are a bit on the large side but with plenty of water they were ok to swallow and have definitely noticed some new hair coming through

As a man of a certain age with an enlarged prostate already taking prescription Tamsulosin daily (which I would not be without), I was still getting up 5 or 6 times a night to urinate, even after ceasing to drink liquids after 6pm. So when I came across these pumpkin oil capsules I was interested, but, doubted they would be of any use as the world is full of miracle cures, which are not! However, I read some of the more positive reviews and I reasoned that it was worth a punt even if there were no positive results, so I ordered a 90 day pack and started taking one each day in the morning. To be honest I was not expecting anything to happen and also figured it would need several weeks to take effect, if it was going to. Now here is the thing after about 6 weeks or so I gradually became aware of the fact that I was now down to just two toilet visits each night, the first about 3 to 4 am then the second about 6am and on occasions only one loo trip before 7am, so this was a vast improvement on 5 to 6 times a night (sometimes more). I realise that these things are subjective, but, for me there have been tangible positive results. I have now gone past the 3 month point and I am still on 2 trips a night, so I am now on my second 90 day pack, plus absolutely no side effects whatsoever. The capsules are quite large and on one occasion I managed to get one nearly stuck in my throat, so now my swallowing method is to have a mouthful of tea with the capsule lined up in my mouth and then flick my head back which I guess opens up my throat and down she goes, simples. It is worth remembering I am also on Tamsulosin, so it is a combination of the two which works for me, but, to anyone in my position I would very much recommend these capsules.

So I’ve waited to do my review. I’m just about finished my second packet so by my reckoning that’s about 7 weeks on these.I am taking these for hair lossI was skeptical but I am very pleased to be able to say they work!I ordered them to help with my hair falling out. I am post menopause and have lost a lot of weight over the last 12 months and my hair has taken a battering. It’s been shedding considerably and I would say I have lost half of my hair over this time. This has been incredibly stressful upsetting and actually quite devastating.I took a chance with this brand. There are so many brands telling you to buy theirs and don’t buy cheaper from Amazon. Well I am here to say that this has basically stopped my shedding and I would recommend 100%Now the proof is in time. This is frustrating when you’re desperate. I can see tiny regrowth and although at this point I can’t see anything I am hanging onto those tiny hairs and the lack of them in the bath tub after a shower.Yes they are quite big and yes you need to take 3 a day but you know the alternative is to do nothing or spend a lot of money on other products. I am seeing results and am thrilled that my hair will get the change to grow again and not fall out.I will be happy to add to this review in another couple of months and update.

Since taking these Pumpkin Seed Oil Softgels about two to three months ago, there has been a marked improvement in my bladder/urination problems. I usually now get up just once during the night, and a far better sleeping pattern has gradually evolved. The need to urinate urgently during daytime hours has also lessened considerably. I have been taking three softgels daily at main mealtimes (as recommended), and I shall continue to do this indefinitely.
