Exactly what I wanted, had my baby 2 months ago and I wanted something to really support my abdomen while trying to get back in shape, this did the job, keep in mind it is true to size if u want to be really tight but comfortable, im able to wear it during workout!

I got this to replace my previous waist trainer that lost it shape after a month. This one works well however I recommend using a compression board underneath. It does this indent thing in the middle and looks like it’s collapsed in the middle . The board resolved its issues and I’ve had no other issues.

The velcro is strong. However , this product runs extremely small.

I really like the longer length and how the top strap is shorter for a tighter ribcage squeeze while the lower hip strap can accommodate curves. Has great stretch on the elastic and I love that I can wear this waist trainer all day in relative comfort while molding my body into a sexier hourglass shape. I do a lot of bending and lifting as a reseller so I find this much more flexible and comfortable compared to wearing a corset all day. I still love my corsets , but this is a great option for days when I need more flexibility while working or working out.

This is probably the worst waist trainer you can buy, it’s not realistic to wear through the day. The middle part constantly folds every time you bend and because there’s 3 different straps it often grabs and pinches your skin. It’s bulky you would in no way be able to wear this under clothes you distinctively see it and you would not have good luck using it as a sweat band working out. It just folds up on you making it uncomfortable. It pushes out your lower abdomen too It’s also pretty short and doesn’t cover as much of my torso as I’d like. I would never buy this again and I wish I would’ve returned it and went with something else. Keep it simple and go with one that doesn’t have different straps, just one big one with hooks and a zipper. Not this

I am 2 months post-partum, 165lbs, 5'4, I got a medium. The top and bottom band is roomy, makes me feel like I could get a small BUT when that middle band goes over it is tight and keeps you SNATCHED as you can see in the pictures. I wish I could have this with a smoother sleeker look so I can wear under dresses and slinky tops. I wear it in the house to help with posture and just to feel darn sexy too. The middle slides up and down when exercising so I figure I would have to go large for exercise. I don't sleep in it as it's too tight, again I will probably be much more comfy in a large. This is definitely worth it. I wear it over my tank top, will try skin contact after first wash. This is the 3rd band/trainer I've gotten and this is the best. Get it NOW! You won't regret it.

A high quality waist trainer. Very comfortable and holds you in well. Would highly recommend. I love this product.
