When I was taking it for sleep anything more than 4 mg would make me groggy in the morning. But for some reason when you take high doses, you don’t feel groggy at all, and it has a completely different effect. I originally tried their 30 MG and after a trial time, I found taking four to =120 mg helped me sleep. I still woke often but was able to fall back to sleep for short periods and even had some short dreams. Honestly, it gave me the best sleep of my whole life. NOTE: I told my primary about my horrible sleep habits and that I tried melatonin 5 mg over the counter and it does not work. He just told me to take more with no other advise or help.. And this was after my sleep study.. So, to cut a long story short, I thought it would be more cost affective to order their 60 mg. My thought was, let me try taking two of their 60 MG, rather than four of their 30 mg to equal the 120 mg, I should get the same affect. Well, I think I was sent a bottle of placebo.. I took two for the last three days.. Nothing, nothing. I cancelled my subscription for the 60 mg and will try again with their 30 mg to get the better result it offers.
