The Chaism ceremonial grade matcha is amazing! It has a very smooth and slight umami flavor that is not too overpowering. It mixes extremely well too. My favorite way to pair this is with maple syrup, blueberry jam and whole milk! The quality is amazing and you get so much powder for a good price. Best matcha I’ve bought for the price. Not grainy at all, very fine and soft texture that is easy to mix. The color is very vibrant green and the flavor is enriching. Will be re-purchasing when I run out.
