I am using this to make my yogurt mixture for improved gut health. It worked out very well!

I made the yogurt with it twice and the yogurt turned out vile both times. I will just have to find another brand that they actually recommend for the yogurt I guess. In the meantime I will just take the pills so as not to waste them. There is no smell to them. The prices was better on these than others so I was hoping these would work out for the yogurt.

Used this with a yogurt maker I just got. It made really good yogurt. I also have taken it as a supplement and got some of of the benefits that the yogurt is reported to give. The higher than average bacterial count may be the reason for this.

I keep it in the refrigerator and take it, when my stomach feels a little heavy and I feel that it helps me digest better
