Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've been buying Vital Proteins for at least a year now, and while it typically dissolves well in hot drinks (such as coffee), this past Vital Proteins I bought did not dissolve well at all (clumps that were hard to break up). Not sure what happened with this last purchase from Vital Proteins (through Amazon), but thinking it may have been outdated?? No date stamped on that cardboard packing of this product, so no way to tell if it was an outdated issue. Bought it again at a local GNC, and no problem ... back to the same consistency I'm used to and without clumping. Pretty sure I won't buy it again through Amazon.

Since I started taking this ive noticed my nails have grown much longer and stronger along with my hair. Also the ridges in my nails have disappeared. I dont like the taste that much so I mix it with a greek yogurt, granola and strawberries and it's tasteless. Will be taking this from now on

My doctor recommended that I take these peptides to help rebuild up my collagen in my joints. I’ve been taking them for about two months now and I feel much better. When you mix it remember to use room temperature water or tepid water not cold it. It won’t mix well in cold water.
