Stepped on uneven NYC sidewalk and snapped my ankle tendon. Heard a pop and it turns out I didn’t just twist it, but ruptured the tendons on both side of my ankle. The bandage my doctor gave me was great and more comfortable but not sustainable for me to walk on daily. So I got this after looking at so many reviews. Love it. I bought other kinds for ankle support but this one was the best. I have a tension sock which is really nice too but does not provide the foot stability and proper posture like this. Was able to put up Christmas decorations for a few hours no problem. I will say I have to take it off after 5-8 hours depending, to get the circulation back in my toes. If I don’t rest often between errands my feet get swollen like piggy feet. So I have to put them above my head to get the inflammation to go down. Sleeping in it is difficult due to how tight it is so I decided to buy a larger size after buying and testing a few others. Made the mistake of using a copper gel sock which was nice for my brother for Achilles injury but for ankle tendons it was excruciating. Woke up sobbing in pain.Downsides: The straps snag the sock fabric. So be really accurate and stick the band on the band not the sock if you want to keep it looking like new. Mine has snags all over because I didn’t understand how to strap it thinking it was the the sock, not band on band. The printed instructions were confusing. There is a video link that was super clear to understand. And once I saw that, easy breezy.Size reference. Purchased MediumSize 8 shoe and 11.85 inches measurement top ankle to heel.I could of probably used large to start with but I do like how tight and stable my foot is. Also great color choices for the pink. Will be repurchasing.

This type of ankle brace has provided the best support with the greatest level of comfort for me when I’ve had ankle sprains. And this particular product did not disappoint. The closed heal adds to the comfort as it removes a pressure point where open heeled braces can cut in after hours of wear. I recommend having several sizes on hand - that way one can move to smaller sizes as swelling reduces.

I think the foot portion is a little too long for me, but otherwise, this works great! It has nice arch support and ankle support without feeling like it’s cutting off my circulation. I can already tell that it is definitely making a difference with my pain when I have to be on my feet. I also bought it in a beige color so that I can wear it to more formal events with my dresses and not have it looked too obvious.For the record, in case someone needs to know what particular condition it helps with, I am not quite sure what is wrong with my foot. I will say that I have over pronation, and it seems that my arch and my ankle are starting to give me more pain recently. This definitely does seem to help, and I can see where it would help someone (probably) with plantar fasciitis or posterior tibial dysfunction. I would say give it a shot and see if it helps you.

Fits great and it works

Good stability. Im using them for volleyball because the ones provided are too stiff and these give a great mobility. Although theyre not the most stable, they help your ankles feel more supported than wearing nothing. So if you dont want to twist your ankle but hate the way ankle braces feel these are perfect. I am a size 11 in womens and purchased a size medium. I have big feet but theyre very thin so if you have bong feet get a small. One thing I would recommend for future nraces is having a pocket on each side of the ankle to insert a stability stick (like a flat piece of plastic to go along your tendons) to be removable if you want or dont want that extra support.

This is a good brace and easy to use however I did get the right size but it's still small. That doesn't have much stretch and is very tight. The reason I'm giving it three stars is because it runs a bit small compared to what they say online. I was using this for a sprained ankle and I had swelling and this did not help. Get it on was not fun and to take it off after only about an hour or so was worse

The ace pack works great on my Achilles tendon. Holds nicely on my ankle. Stays called a long time.

This is my first time trying this product; and I was pleasantly surprised! I have a deterioration of my ankle joints and have to wear ankle supports. So often, these are bulky and uncomfortable as well as being hot. I am pleased to report that this product is neither of those things. It is lightweight, supportive, stretchable and the best part is that it is one piece. You no longer have to keep up with the sleeve and the supporting band, as the band is attached. If you are in search of a comfortable, supportive ankle sleeve, this fits the bill.
